We operate a self-check-in system.
In accordance with the Hotel Business Act, we collect the following information:
- Name and address
- For foreign nationals: Passport photo (for identity verification)
- For foreign nationals: Nationality and passport number
【About passport photos】
Due to our self-check-in system, foreign guests are required to provide a photo
of their passport’s ID page for identity verification.
Japanese nationals are not required to submit passport information.
【Retention period】
Stored for 3 years as required by law, then securely deleted.
【Purpose of use】
Guest register creation (legal compliance), identity verification, emergency contact
